These terms and conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding legal agreement between you and JCSS Consulting Private Limited and its affiliate entities ("JCSS," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the JCSS platform and related services (the "Service").
By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Content you or your organization submit to the Service remains subject to the rights and permissions configured within that organization. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit such content and that doing so does not violate any law or third-party rights.
JCSS may remove or restrict content or access that violates these Terms, poses a security risk, or is otherwise harmful to the Service or its users.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, and documentation, is owned by JCSS or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit JCSS materials without prior written permission, except for content you own or are authorized to use.
The Service is a collaboration and management platform. Unless a separate engagement letter or agreement expressly provides otherwise, use of the Service does not itself constitute professional advice, and any professional services provided by JCSS remain governed by their applicable engagement terms.
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party content, terms, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The Service and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Under no circumstances shall JCSS or any of its predecessors, successors, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, investors, employees, agents, representatives, attorneys, and their respective heirs, successors, and assigns be liable for any damages, including direct, incidental, punitive, special, consequential, or exemplary damages that directly or indirectly result from the use of, or the inability to use, the Service or the information, content, software, products, and services obtained from or arising out of your use of the Service, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if JCSS has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event shall JCSS's or any of its predecessors', successors', parents', subsidiaries', affiliates', officers', directors', shareholders', investors', employees', agents', representatives', attorneys', and their respective heirs', successors', and assigns' total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including, but not limited to, negligence), or otherwise, exceed INR 1. Some jurisdictions may not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, in which case some of the above exclusions may not apply to all users.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if you breach these Terms, create a security risk, or as required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be effective upon posting to this page unless otherwise stated. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory protections under applicable law, courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
